on "Public Relations as the driving engine for a successful employer branding" with Grayling and T-Systems.

Across sectors, most of the European companies are struggling to find the employees with the right skill set that suit their needs and requirements.

Why is it important to build a brand for the process of getting talents and new employees? How does the PR work within the branding industry and how can a company help build an image of an attractive employer and reach the right target?

Communication professionals from Grayling and T- Systems will share with us examples of successful campaigns and current trends in employer branding. They will also go through a set of learning points based on their experience and global/local examples.

In the practical part, we will try to create an Employer Branding campaign to understand basics processes, strategies, tactics and innovative PR and Marketing approaches and tools.  

Topics to be covered:

  • What is employer branding, what are its objectives and for whom is it intended?
  • How to develop an effective communication strategy to become an employer of choice?
  • How to transform employer´s values into an understandable and attractive package for potential employees by making a difference in brand perception?

Jana Riecanska, Account Director, Grayling Slovakia

Experienced communication´s expert and strategic lead, focusing on corporate communication, B2B sector, corporate reputation management as well as public affairs and government relations, working on both sides – in house communication´s departments and within the agencies.

Monika Révayová, PR & PA Consultant, Grayling Slovakia

Active in media and communication´s sector for almost 15 years, experienced in different fields of PR and PA, including strategic planning, internal and crisis communications, branding as well as digital campaigns. She worked also as a journalist with a focus on lifestyle topics.

Lukáš Benedik, Communication Specialist v T-Systems Slovakia

Communication specialist responsible for internal communication activities and external marketing campaigns that supports hiring processes.
Worked and gained experiences in several foreign countries including Denmark, Germany and Poland in the area of marketing.


  • The workshop will be held in Slovak language.
  • Registration is at 9:30 a.m. and workshop starts at 10:00 a.m.
  • There is a maximum of one person per company.
